The 801245PR Wilson SOHO Best kit amplifier is the latest product from Wilson Electronics after being in the pipeline for two years. The SOHO amplifier fills a small gap in the WIlson product range as their first dual band repeater suitable for a small office - home office (SOHO) environment. This makes it a mass appeal product as it is suited to almost anyone who suffers from poor cellular reception in their home, cabin, lake home or cottage: Dual Band functionality ensures that it is compatible with all networks except Nextel, which uses iDEN technology. Also, it is a wireless repeater with 50db gain which fits it right into the residential mould of cellular repeater products. |
The Best SOHO kit includes an omni-directional trucker antenna, which is easy to set-up and features 5dB of gain. The kit comes with a 12ft length of external cable, and 30ft of internal cable.

The 301101 antenna from Wilson is a dual band antenna designed for use with any Wilson Dual Band amplifier. For home installation the 301101 is mounted on the edge of the roof to provide the best possible signal reception. The design of this antenna also makes it perfect for RVs and trucks, as it can be easily attached to the vehicles mirror with the included mount.
For homes:
This antenna is the recommended antenna for the Wilson SOHO Dual band repeater. When mounted on the roof the 301101 provides excellent signal gain on both the 800Mhz and 1900Mhz bands. The included 3 way mount allows the antenna to be attached to any horizontal bar (up to 1/2" thick), making it perfect for roof attachment. The signal can then be brought inside using the enclosed coaxial cable and attached to a amplifier and rebroadcast. |
